The Seasonal Service Associate supports customers and store associates as a helpful, go-to resource throughout the store. This role manages an in-store service hub, assisting with online order pickup, simple returns, tourism information, and appointment bookings.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
- Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use technology and participate in merchandising and store operations.
- Work collaboratively to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
