Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including merchandise receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation. Helps ensure merchandise is processed accurately and customers receive their orders in excellent condition.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for customer orders.
- Pack orders using established policies and techniques.
- Support returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
