Overview

We re looking for a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you ll be instrumental in expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities and scheduling qualified meetings for our Field Sales team. Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation &

    Qualification:

    Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry directories, and cold outreach. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Outreach & Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound communication (calls, emails, Linked In messages) to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges, needs, and pain points.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Successfully book high-quality, pre-qualified meetings and demonstrations for the Field Sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain all sales activities, prospect information, and communication details in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Sales team to align on strategies, share market feedback, and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, outreach activities, and booked meetings.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an inside-sales, lead generation, or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover needs.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and persistent with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with Technology Vendors in following roles:
    Software Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Solution Providers, Manage Service Providers
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (Force Management / Value Selling a major plus).
