Direct Marketing Associate serves as the first point of contact with new customers by offering free in‑home consultations, generating leads, and educating prospects on our products and services.

• Report to our Cranford office daily to meet with your team.
• Travel to neighborhoods in a company vehicle to generate qualified sales leads.
• Educate potential customers on our products and services.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with utmost professionalism.
• Work independently and collaboratively with your team.

• High energy/outgoing personality with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
• Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection.
• Self‑motivated with negotiation skills and results orientation.

• Competitive base pay plus UNCAPPED BONUSES (average earnings $50,000–$60,000).

• Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑6 pm (November–March); 11:30 am‑7:30 pm (April–October).
