What You'll Do:
* Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
* Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
* Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
* Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
* Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment at the location.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
* Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff, students, and visitors at the location.
* Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with local authorities and/or emergency responders when necessary, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
