IPS Security Inc. is looking for Security Officers to join our team. Your role as a Security Officer will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, monitor and report any activity, and work hand in hand with other staff members. In order to be successful in this role, you must have open availability, good communication skills, and strong customer service skills.

We offer full‑time and part‑time positions.

• Base pay: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr
• Wayne, NJ: $16.50 per hour

• Monday–Friday: 12:00am-8:00am
• Saturday & Sunday: 12:00am-8:00am

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
• Hold open doors and help clients enter the building.
• Observe and report any activity on site.
• Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Work scheduled hours.
• Communicate effectively on all reporting and tasks.

• Must have a NJ SORA license.
• Must have a driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Communication skills (oral and written).
• Maintain company professional standards.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
