Sure Electric LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our field operations team. This full‑time position is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in residential and commercial service environments. From installing EV chargers and standby generators to replacing panels and troubleshooting complex electrical issues, you'll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality solutions to our customers.

• Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance
• Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses
• Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, EV charger and generator installs
• Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle
• Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers
• Obtain job completion sign‑off and payment authorization from customers
• Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software

• 3+ years of consistent electrical experience
• Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code
• Ability to troubleshoot both residential and commercial systems
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a valid and clean driver's license
