SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)- LSW/ CSW
Positions Available:
Full-Time Hours AND Part-Time Hours
Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role
Hours:
Full-Time (1st Shift) AND Part-Time (1st Shift), may be on-call on the weekend
Salary for Full-Time Only: $80K-$85K/year
Social Services WorkerQualifications:
- Must have 1-2+ years of prior experience as a Social Worker in an LTC/ nursing home setting.
- Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.
- Must have PCC experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial support to residents and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
