Social Services Worker (SSW) - LSW/CSW
Complete Care is hiring!
Option to work Full-Time Hours or Part-Time Hours
Hours:
Full-Time (1st Shift) OR Part-Time (1st Shift), may be on-call on the weekend
Salary for Full-Time Only: $80K-$85K/year
Social Services Worker
Qualifications:
- Must have at least an Active/Valid NJ CSW/LSW License.
- Must have PCC experience
- Experience in long-term care or nursing home is required.
- Must have prior experience as a Social Worker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
Social Services Worker

- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
