We are looking for a Bus Driver/Operator in Wayne, NJ. Qualified applicants who possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements will be given primary consideration.

• Participate in a structured training program for 21–25 business days, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (perfect attendance required)
• Pass the company interview process, background check, and physical examination to qualify for a medical certification (physical exam includes a drug and alcohol screening)

• 21 years of age or older; able to read, write, and speak English
• 3+ years non‑provisional driving experience with a valid New Jersey Driver’s License (NOT A PROVISIONAL) or a relevant New York or Pennsylvania commercial driver’s license with unrestricted airbrake and passenger endorsements
• Ability to obtain a validated New Jersey Commercial Driver’s License permit that has passed written tests for passenger, airbrake, and general knowledge endorsements. Permit must be valid for at least 14 days beyond the first day of the training program
• Safe driving record in good standing with fewer than five accumulated points
• Available to participate in the training program
• Pass company interview process, background check, and physical examination

• $6,000 Signing Bonus for CDL A or B License Holders with air brake and passenger endorsements*
• $3,000 Signing Bonus for CDL A or B Permit Holders with full endorsements

• Starting pay rate of $23.79 per hour with current top pay rate of $33.99/hour
