Property Accountant

Account Manager - Finance & Accounting Team

Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle monthly close process across multiple properties
• Perform bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, manage accruals, and monitor cash flow
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages and perform P&L variance analysis
• Provide audit support and assist with lender reporting and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of GAAP and experience with internal controls
