The Solutions Enablement Lead
, commercial sustainability & circularity solutions, will play a key role in enabling the development of circularity and sustainability solutions, driving the establishment and improvement of key aspects of the Sustainability & Circularity (S&C) team approach. The role will provide structure to processes and approaches, embed learning and improvement across the S&C team and GBUs, and serve as a key enabler in the development and management of products.
to Day
- Product Development & Management:
Within the CS&CS team, drive the PARC process in close collaboration with Product Management for new product proposals in support of Commercial Engagement Consultants. Manage the PARC‑led review of approved products from a CS&CS perspective. Serve as SME to GBUs/Markets on sustainable/circular products. - Sustainability & Circularity Solution Governance:
Lead the development and implementation of a consistent approach to identify, capture key information, and manage S&C solutions during and after development. Recommend a consistent and scalable process for tracking the success of each. - Learning & Improvement:
Develop an approach to capture learnings and identify improvements to solution development and other key CS&CS team activities. This includes developing and refining feedback loops especially from GBUs and other key stakeholders. - Case Studies:
Collaborate with Corporate Communications to develop a template for S&C solution case studies. Partner with Commercial Engagement and GBU Strategic Marketing to develop a plan and approach for sharing case studies internally and externally. - Partner / Customer S&C Input: manage the process of response by DLL to Partners and Customers requiring DLL inputs on sustainability & circularity topics.
- Group Sustainability Alignment – Finance Enablers: focus on facilitating close cooperation with Group Sustainability on programs with finance enablers such as EIB.
- Innovative and resourceful professional with experience identifying, building and managing partner and customer‑facing process.
- Proven commercial enablement ideally with an international scope, including experience identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements.
- Understanding of and experience operating within DLL’s unique business model from a GBU and local perspective across a variety of channels to market.
- Strong insight into and a genuine interest in sustainability and circularity topics: carbon emissions, sustainability‑and biodiversity‑related measurement methodology, potential transitions to mitigate impact and the relationship with sustainable assets, as well as circular business models and approaches.
- Demonstrated success engaging internal stakeholders at all levels, including presenting to senior executives and committees.
- Meaningful experience working directly with Partner/Customer organizations on both tactical and strategic items, bringing a commercially‑focused approach to discussions even if not in a commercial role.
- Ability to translate knowledge and expertise into tangible progress through execution.
- Ability to see both big picture strategy and practical/tactical implications.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Not afraid to challenge / say no.
- Demonstrated cross‑functional working experience balancing risks and concerns with the needs of the customer.
- This role requires someone who can learn, understand, and process complex ideas, situations, and problems, and who has creativity and drive to identify and implement process improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with experience in a commercial or commercially‑engaging role, ideally within a highly matrixed business structure.
- Bachelor’s degree and additional educational attainment is preferred, especially with focus in areas of Sustainability and Circularity.
$83,889.60 – $ (CAD – Canada only)
$86,650.40 – $ (USD – US only)
