Job Summary
A consumer services organization in Wayne, PA is looking to hire a Reverse Logistics Specialist on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is hybrid, three days a week in office and two days a week remote. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of related experience. The hourly rate is $28/hr and the hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM with a 30‑minute lunch (37.5 hours/week).
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 3 Days/Week in Office
Hourly: $28/hr
Responsibilities- Point of contact for all issues that may arise with post shipments such as freight claims, lost items, damages, etc.
- Obtain order status and update all parties involved
- Assist in the product return process
- Investigate issues to prevent future repetition of the incident
- Keep track of inventory and stay informed of short dated, expired and obsolete inventory
- Communicate with customers to assist them in using company reports and systems
- Collaborate with the logistics, sales and customer services teams to ensure seamless processes for customers
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably within Supply Chain and Logistics
- Two years of logistics experience required
- Proven customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience using an ERP system is ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Will be tested on skill level in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
