OverviewThe Client Operations Manager role is responsible for the collection, analysis, and processing of client data and preparation of client invoices, vouchers, and other client‑related reports.

- Collect data by identifying sources of information and designing collection methods; organize information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
- Process data files received from the Client for integration with eligibility, enrollment, and billing platforms.
- Analyze variances between data sources and collaborate with Client Owner(s) to ensure updates to most current employee benefit and demographic information.
- Prepare invoices for submission to client; prepare vouchers for submission to Finance for payment of benefit premiums to carriers; prepare client reports, including retirement funding reports; perform carrier billing reconciliations (carrier bill versus benefits system).
- Train others regarding data sources, limitations of data, efficient ways to retrieve and transform data and best practices in managing data quality.
- Handle client questions with the highest degree of quality, courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues, effectively communicating plans for resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Complete assigned tasks related to day‑to‑day operations. These processes may include, but are not limited to, eligibility enrollments, system variance reports, and carrier audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be minimal.
Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience. Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends. Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
Preferred: 2‑3 years brokerage/agency experience.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
