Business Development Representative
- In this role, you will first learn to develop your skills by recruiting professional candidates before migrating to work with new and potential clients.
- Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
- Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in‑person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
- Negotiate pay rates
- Lead generation and client follow‑up
- Shadowing and observing sales activity from VP and Sr. Account Executives
- Client outreach, setting meetings, and presenting The Judge Group capabilities
- Interact with clients and attend client meetings
