About The Customer Service Representative - Urgent Care Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
Schedule- Tuesday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Starting at $18.00 + 15% Shift Differential
- Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients.
- Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling appointments effectively.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
- Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing.
- Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas.
- Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.
