A reading paraprofessional's duties may include working with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning. They may also lead small group activities, allowing the teacher to support students in other ways, and conduct reading assessments to gauge the students' reading strengths and weaknesses, alongside other duties associated with reading.
