Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all children.

Monitor and assess children's development and progress.

Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and well-being.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.

Lead daily circle time and group activities to encourage social interaction.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or toddler setting.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.

Knowledge of state licensing regulations and best practices in childcare.

Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children.
