Waldron Private Wealth is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented professional to join our team. This individual will provide essential operational and administrative support to our $1–5M segment team and will play a key role in helping the team manage administrative tasks for the upcoming expansion into wealth management and investments.
In This Role You Will- Process forms and documentation for custodial related items including opening new accounts, setting up standing instructions, adding beneficiaries, etc.
- Provide administrative support for the $1–5M team such as preparing Fed Ex mailings, postage, envelopes, faxing, emailing, filing, making copies, scanning documents, generating reports, and other requested administrative items.
- Assist with client transactions (cash management, insurance, tax payments, real‑estate transactions, payments, receivables) within the custodian system via check, EFT, wire transfer, etc.
- Research and gather information to resolve client issues.
- Help onboard new clients by creating and maintaining accurate client records (contact details, filing of documents, etc.).
- Manage accounts with a third‑party portfolio aggregator by adding new accounts, coding transactions, addressing account issues, and running reports as requested.
- Provide document management for the $1–5M team and other departments (document naming and uploading to the document management system).
- Create and distribute various reports from custodian and data aggregation platforms for internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required (demonstrated experience may substitute for preferred education).
- Minimum one year of experience within the financial industry preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience with investment accounts, retirement accounts, hedge funds, private equities, trust accounts, LLCs and/or LPs preferred.
