Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to support our growing portfolio of partnerships and lead key strategic initiatives across the TV advertising business. This role will serve as a critical thought partner to senior leadership, driving financial insight, business planning, and deal evaluation to help shape the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.

This position offers an opportunity to make a visible impact in a dynamic and evolving media landscape, particularly as traditional TV and digital converge.

Job Description Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct and document moderate-to-complex financial analysis, business analysis and profitability and cost analysis projects and present to senior management. Analyze significant variances from planned or forecasted results to provide interpretations and recommendations to management.
  • Direct the preparation of all accounting and financial reports relating to proposed new business operations for management and operations review.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for partnership‑driven revenue streams, including identifying trends and proactively communicating risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as the finance lead for partner relationships—supporting contract negotiations, deal structuring, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership economics, including revenue sharing, inventory utilization, and profitability metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Legal to align financial objectives with partner agreements.
  • Participate in various corporate financial accounting projects such as financial systems development and currency management programs.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $ – $. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
