Power Pay is seeking a motivated Finance/Accounting Analyst to join our fast‑growing Fin Ops team. In this hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days in office), you will support daily operations and monthly accounting tasks while contributing to the organization’s growth in an independent, collaborative environment.

• Perform daily funding activities.
• Handle loan refunds, cancellations, and close loans in our loan system.
• Assist with reconciliation of balance‑sheet accounts.
• Support accounting month‑end tasks.
• Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete.
• Verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings related to business transactions recorded by other staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience (4+ years) acceptable if aligned with duties.
• Sense of urgency and deadline‑driven.
• Excellent communication skills across departments.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Team‑player mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Quick Books experience is a plus.
• Nortridge Loan Systems experience is a plus.
