• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally.
• Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by offering social and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
• Perform administrative functions such as documenting tasks, reporting changes in clients' physical condition, mental capability, or behavior.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
• Active Pennsylvania Direct Care Worker License (DCW), CNA certification, or Home Health Aid certification.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
