• 8 or more years of experience in UiPath development and RPA lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python or C# programming for advanced automation solutions.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and robotic process automation tools.
• Experience in building reusable bot frameworks and complex exception handling systems.
• Experience in cross-platform development including Windows, mainframe, and web browsers.
• Experience with Azure cloud integrations and Snowflake data warehouse platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of robotic process automation initiatives.
• Design end-to-end automation workflows for finance and supply chain business units.
• Construct modular bot scripts and reusable components for enterprise-level deployment.
• Convert high-level business requirements into specific technical automation configurations.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical training sessions on engineering standards.
• Conduct process feasibility assessments and lead collaborative design workshops.
• Evaluate technical change requests to estimate level of effort and delivery timelines.
