Overview
Scrum Master job at Triple Screen Search & Staffing. Wayne, PA.
Responsibilities- Lead 2–3 Scrum teams through 2-week sprint cycles
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove blockers to keep teams focused and productive
- Provide real-time, honest updates to leadership
- Ensure stories are completed and sprint goals are met
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog
- Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and proactive
- Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Be the first to define and shape the Scrum Master role
- Work with passionate teams building meaningful healthcare technology
