Position Summary
The CLAS IT Resource Technician’s scope of responsibilities ranges from training, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting as assigned by the Department of CLAS IT.
Responsibilities- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Conduct individual training sessions.
- Maintain websites.
- Quality control of CLAS computer labs.
- Assist with hardware assemblies.
- Track inventory.
- Move and deliver equipment.
- Complete other special projects as assigned.
No technical experience is required. Student workers will receive training from CLAS IT staff.
Physical Demands- Able to travel with a laptop.
- Able to lift 20 lbs.
Wage Rate: $13.00 per hour.
