Position:
Communications Specialist I

Responsibilities:

• Support internal/organizational communications initiatives, including editing/writing short internal news copy, maintaining and updating SharePoint content, creating and editing videos, and supporting meetings and events.
• Assist with survey and report creation, campus TV network updates, budget setup, PO tracking, email distribution, and DL management.
• Handle ad hoc requests from the global headquarters and communications team.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in communications or related fields; internal J&J communications/marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, MS Word, SharePoint, and Photoshop.
• Experience with budget tracking (Excel), project tracking (Ariba), and expense management (GRX).
• Strong organizational skills including calendar management, event planning, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.
• Experience supporting global organizations is a plus.
