• Meal Mastermind:
  Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service—from Restaurant to Banquets—using standardized recipes for delicious, picture‑perfect dishes.
• Cleanliness Captain:
  Keep every corner spotless, sanitized, and safe, while slashing waste and boosting efficiency.
• Menu & Event Maestro:
  Dream up memorable meals and events, guiding the Chef on pricing and setups for wow‑worthy banquets.
• Operations Overlord:
  Lead kitchen staff, manage every outlet, and create show‑stopping displays to keep things running smooth.
• Trust Champion:
  Safeguard sensitive info, cash, and secure areas, all while repping the company with warmth, professionalism, and rock‑solid integrity.
• Road Warrior:
  Hit the road safely for company business, handling every trip with care.

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or related field, with an associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree.
• Required certifications:
  Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology.
• Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis.
• Familiar with hotel operations, functions of each department, and industry trends.
• Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments.
