Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour.

Target Small Formats Team Member roles focus on guest service, stock accuracy, price integrity, and shop floor readiness across our smallest format stores. You will engage with guests, support store operations, and help maintain a safe, clean store environment.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to solve their specific needs.
• Provide knowledgeable service about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area.
• Work across departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock; assist with truck unloads and stock product to the floor.
• Make changes to merchandise displays and signage; conduct weekly price changes and ensure accuracy of signs for all departments.
• Complete scans and system audits to maintain inventory accuracy; process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support major transitions and maintain store cleanliness and safety (interior/exterior), including completing backroom audits and, if certified, operating powered equipment.
• Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks; demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while adhering to applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance.
