Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00 USD per hour.

This On‑Demand Team Member (TM) role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to pick up shifts as needed via the myTime mobile scheduling app. Reliable and prompt attendance is essential.

• Provide exceptional guest service and customize each experience.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy tasks.
• Ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests.
• Assist with truck unload, stock product to the sales floor.
• Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments.
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately.
• Complete scans and system audit functions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support execution of major transitions.
• Maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Process inbound deliveries using the receive application.
• Complete backroom weekly audits and maintain organization.
• Operate power equipment only if certified.
• Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor own progress, and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive‑up (DU).
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Thrives in a fast‑moving, physically demanding role with teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving.
• Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Willingness to use handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in handling cash register operations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 15 pounds (and, where required, up to 44 pounds).
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Responsive to shift outreach and committed to picking up at least one shift within 5 months.
