Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of native mobile application enhancements.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, high-performance mobile solutions.
- Translate product requirements and user stories into well-structured designs, clean code, and comprehensive automated tests.
- Guide code through development, QA, and production environments, providing post-release support, documentation, and change management.
- Apply modern software development practices to improve code quality, reliability, and team velocity.
- Mentor and coach engineers on effective platform usage, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
- Conduct and participate in design, code, and test reviews to proactively identify risks and resolve issues.
- Balance delivery of business value with technical excellence by partnering with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to manage priorities and technical debt.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends, synthesizing insights to inform architectural and strategic decisions.
- Contribute across team initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions, including requirements definition and use-case development.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and highly collaborative engineering culture.
- Extensive experience designing and building native mobile applications at scale.
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, dependency injection, and testability.
- Proven ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and apply new technologies in practical environments.
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, integration strategies, and data modeling best practices.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and alignment across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern mobile and web frameworks, and microservices-based architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with the latest iOS SDKs and Xcode tooling.
- Strong proficiency in Swift 5.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Hub Actions or Fastlane.
- Advanced Git skills, particularly within Git Hub-based workflows.
- Experience using observability and monitoring platforms such as Honeycomb or Splunk.
- Eight or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least three years in software engineering roles.
- Five or more years of direct experience as a mobile application developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred.
