• Take an active role in all phases of the AGILE SDLC, including sprint planning, design, architecture, programming, unit/integration testing, and maintenance.
• Create, maintain and consume third party Web Services or APIs.
• Actively participate in ongoing design, development, and configuration of existing and new applications, extensions, connections, and modules.
• Seek out opportunities to improve areas of the code base to provide better performance, maintainability, and/or flexibility.
• Communicate with cross-functional and distributed teams - developers, software quality analysts, and appropriate stakeholders.
• Analysis & troubleshooting for production issues & code deployment activity.

• BS (or equivalent experientially proven) in Computer Science or similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOA.
• Experience with MSUnit / NUnit or any other unit testing tools.
• Experience with web service standards (WCF, REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft development tools including VS 2008/2010 and TFS.
• Microsoft Stack Developer.
• Experiential Infrastructure savvy.
• Release Management experience.
• Continuous integration/automation experience.
• Able to optimize SQL and Stored Procedures.
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Experience with any third-party controls like Dev Express, Telerik.
• Experience with any third-party deployment tools.
