You will lead the development of a high-visibility platform designed to automate and optimize the RFP (Request for Proposal) response workflow using advanced AI agents. This role sits at the intersection of Event-Driven Architecture, Generative AI, and Life Sciences data standards.

• AI Orchestration: Synthesize complex product requirements using ChatGPT and guide AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude) to build robust, scalable workflows.
• Platform Development: Architect and build a new platform for AI-based product workflows using Lang Graph and Python.
• System Architecture: Design and implement Event-Driven Architecture and manage complex data integrations.
• Front-End Excellence: Develop high-performance web applications using the React framework.
• Data Standards: Work within FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and HL7 specifications for data interchange.
• Deployment & Scaling: Manage the full lifecycle of the application through CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Client Engagement: (Occasional) Visit sites to lead in-person builds and deployments for key customers.

• AI & LLM Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of Lang Graph, AI Agents, and AI Workflows.
• Coding Assistance Mastery: Extensive experience using Cursor and Claude modules.
• Backend: Senior-level Python development and experience with Middleware.
• Frontend: Expert proficiency in React.
• AWS Infrastructure: Deep understanding of VPC, Dynamo

• Dev Ops: Advanced knowledge of CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Industry Standards: Experience with HL7/FHIR data specifications is highly preferred.
• Domain Expertise: Previous experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare sector is a significant plus.
