Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to join our client and drive the development and optimization of cloud‑based data solutions. In this role, you will design and implement scalable data pipelines, ensure efficient data processing, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high‑performance analytics solutions. This is a remote, contract opportunity offering the chance to work on cutting‑edge data engineering projects in a dynamic environment.

$72.80 per hour

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake‑based data solutions for enterprise‑scale analytics.
• Implement ELT patterns across raw, intermediate, and curated data layers to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor and manage cost and performance of data warehouses, including sizing, caching, and clustering strategies.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for scripting and data conversion.
• Expertise in code optimization and performance tuning for large‑scale data systems.
• Experience with AWS for deployment and cloud integration.
• Familiarity with mortgage or real estate industry data.
• Knowledge of security and governance practices such as RBAC, masking, and row‑level policies.
