Pay: $13–$14 per hour

You will lead the implementation of individualized care plans that nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Your responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, managing care schedules, and documenting observations to support overall care management. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep commitment to compassionate caregiving are essential.

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow their Care Plans.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and assist with all aspects of activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned, including blood pressure, temperature, respiration.
• Provide companionship to the client when needed.
• Recognize clients’ needs, maintain good relationships, and communicate meaningful observations to the supervisor.

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Excellent customer service and attention to client needs.
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification.
• Valid Basic Life Support Training (First Aid & CPR) – in‑person required.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X‑Ray (within 30 days).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness are required.
• Sound judgment and the ability to remain calm in various situations.
• Reliability, dependability, and punctuality.
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Successful background check and reference verification.

• 3 years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• 3 years experience in home health care.
