The Opportunity
We are currently seeking dedicated LPN and RN Charge Nurses for our 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am shifts; 8-hour shifts can be arranged.
What You Will Do
Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Support our residents' activities of daily living.
Maintain clear, timely documentation.
Communicate effective with interdisciplinary teams and families.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect our residents and teammates.
What You Must Have
Active LPN / RN license in good standing in the state of Georgia.
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
