Serving as the primary operational leader for Club sites, the Director of Club Services translates organizational mission and strategic direction into daily practice. This role owns operational execution, program quality, staff development, and consistency across sites and sessions, while keeping the CEO informed, aligned, and supported. The Director operates with autonomy under CEO and Board direction, bringing forward issues with context, accuracy, and proposed solutions rather than surprises.

This position values thoughtful leadership that builds on existing systems and prior work, strengthening consistency, follow-through, and execution rather than creating unnecessary new processes. The Director of Club Services partners closely with the CEO and Development Director to support organizational growth, strengthen community trust, and ensure the Club continues to serve as a second home for youth and families.

Portions of this position may be grant-funded. Continued employment may be contingent upon maintaining funding eligibility and performance aligned with organizational and grant requirements.
