Plant Manager – Paper Packaging Manufacturing Company
Our client is a 10 billion‑dollar paper packaging manufacturing company, fully vertically integrated, with a strong succession planning structure. Managers are usually promoted within 18–24 months and the company has robust growth opportunities.
We are looking for a Plant Manager focused on coaching, mentoring, creating structure and organization, and training & development. This role is centered on change management and transformational leadership.
Responsibilities- Coach, mentor, and develop plant staff.
- Create and maintain organizational structure.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Implement and sustain transformational leadership practices.
- World Class manufacturing experience required.
- Preference for paper converting and/or printing experience.
- Data analytics, statistical data analysis, and KPI‑based decision making.
- Experience managing a large manufacturing facility.
- P&L experience – financial acumen required.
- Experience developing talent.
