This is a full‑time on‑site Operator role in Waynesboro, VA. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing and finishing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Day‑to‑day tasks include setting up machinery, monitoring production processes, performing routine maintenance wired, and troubleshooting equipment issues when needed. The Operator will collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality finished products.

• Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting industrial printing and finishing equipment
• Technical skills related to printing processes, such as digital, offset, and wide‑format printing
• Attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining efficiency
• Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is a plus
