Base Pay Range: $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr

• Oversee stocking associates focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight.
• Manage the back‑room operations, ensuring efficient stocking and inventory control.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain the ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts where required.

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season).
