2E3-Civil Equipment Operator-NON Union-ULCS
The Equipment Operator will operate equipment including but not limited to backhoes, trenchers, mini excavators, drill rigs, digger derricks, knuckle booms, jackhammers, and other tools.
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, trenchers, mini excavators, drill rigs, digger derricks, knuckle booms, jackhammers, and other tools.
- Work around hazardous equipment and near energized parts or equipment.
- Work in noisy environments from machines and equipment.
- Establish OSHA and company safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate various manual digging tools and equipment.
- Endurance to perform duties throughout an 8 or 10-hour day.
- Ability to maintain focus during dangerous tasks.
Education & Experience:
- NCCCO Certification preferred but not required.
- Experience with backhoe, trencher, excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, and similar equipment.
Pre-Screen: Upon offer, candidates may need to pass drug screening, background, and MVR checks.
License & Certifications: Valid CDL required.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and work away from home.
