Software Engineer - Mobile

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-stack mobile developer to join our software development team. This role is ideal for a software engineer proficient with React Native and interested in building mobile products for the enterprise construction and service industries.

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design-build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing end-to-end design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house. Our software platforms support both our operations and global enterprise clients across food, beverage, and industrial markets.

The full-stack mobile developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that support our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and internal tooling. This role includes enhancing existing applications and building new customer-facing mobile products while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing SaaS mobile applications for iOS/Android
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements
• Debug, optimize, and support mobile applications in production environments
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to design and architectural decisions
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Take ownership of assigned features and drive successful delivery end-to-end

• Professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Proficiency with React Native
• Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

• Experience building enterprise grade applications
• Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Familiarity with modern mobile development best practices and tooling
