The Front Desk Administrator greets patients, answers phone calls, schedules appointments, processes authorizations and verifications, maintains accurate records, and generates reports. The position requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, phone etiquette, the ability to work independently, multitask, manage time, and occasional evening availability. Proficient computer and typing skills are essential.
