Job DescriptionAs a Dental Hygienist, you will be a key partner in developing patient care plans, managing your schedule for comprehensive care, expanding your professional knowledge, and working collaboratively with the dental team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Salary$104,000 – $114,400 per year (annualized base salary plus incentive earnings for a full‑time schedule)

Your Success Factors- Partnering with the doctor to develop patient care plans using AAP guidelines
- Managing your schedule for comprehensive patient care and education
- Expanding knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
- Collaborating with other dental team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
