Travel: Up to 20%

• High Impact: You’ll shape the strategic direction of capital investments, major equipment upgrades, and plant improvements across multiple states.
• Leadership Role: Lead diverse, distributed teams including Plant Engineering, Field Services, and Maintenance professionals while cultivating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Growth-Oriented: Work closely with executive leadership to modernize facilities and enhance production efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Wide Scope: From construction contracts to process optimization to compliance, your role touches nearly every facet of operations.

• Lead the execution of capital projects across multiple plants and locations.
• Provide engineering oversight and mentorship to internal teams and external partners.
• Guide and empower the Maintenance and Field Services teams across sites.
• Champion Operational Excellence initiatives like Lean and 5S to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and future-proofing infrastructure.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and permitting standards.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure productivity, equipment reliability, and performance.
• Maintain robust systems for preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, and production support.

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred), or relevant Engineering field.
• Experience: 8+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial maintenance, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Strong mechanical and/or chemical process knowledge.
• Proven success managing capital projects, budgets, and construction contracts.
• Hands-on experience implementing Lean/5S principles.
• Strategic thinker with financial acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.
• A collaborative, coaching-driven leadership style.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.
