Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a general medicine setting, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout shifts, promptly reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.
- RN licensure and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (within 30 days).
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
Compassionate, attentive, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a care team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
