Join O'Reilly Auto Parts as a Parts Specialist. You will provide high level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and handle in‑store and phone service.

• Follow and promote company customer service programs (Hi‑5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Greet retail/walk‑in customers, assist selection, and provide outstanding service.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Complete assigned company training.
• Answer phone calls, accurately lookup parts, quote prices, recommend premium items, and offer the Low‑Price Guarantee.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept cash/checks, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns by credit in a friendly manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates (freight receipt, stocking shelves, fronting/facing, cleaning).
• Prepare merchandise returns, monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, and other daily operational tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Perform in‑store services (install wipers, test/charge batteries, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate (must meet company driving eligibility).
• All other duties as assigned.

• Quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Multitask handling phone and in‑store customers simultaneously.

• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
