Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) – Waynesville, NC

Join Hallmark as a Part‑Time Field Merchandiser to showcase Hallmark products in local retail stores. You will independently manage inventory, restoration, and product placement while establishing strong retailer relationships.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations across grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.

• Utilize Hallmark’s mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory.
• Engage with store employees, management, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support holiday demand by working additional days and extended hours during key holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Participate in department resets, installations, and fixture relocation for Hallmark and other products when notified two weeks in advance.
• Collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support team members across territories.

Physical job that requires consistent push, pull, lift, and carry of cartons up to 30 lb, up to 50 lb occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand; climb stairs and step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operate digital handheld device to read and interpret information.
• Access Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores on schedule.

Hourly pay $13.50–$15.50; part‑time, variable schedule; 10–14 hours per week; availability before and after major holidays.
