Position Summary InformationJob Description Summary
Assists students with disabilities at WCWC to access approved accomodations.
Required Education Required Experience Preferred EducationPreferred Experience
Experience working with students with disabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Act as point of contact at WCWC for students with disabilities.
- Receive documentation of disability from students requesting accommodations and submit the paperwork to the Director of Disabilities for WC.
- Read tests to students and proctor small group testing for those who have the accommodations approved through the college.
- Assist students with disabilities access approved accommodations at WCWC.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to treat all persons with respect, dignity and justice, without discrimination based upon age, sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation or gender identity; ability to exercise the highest professional and ethical standards in the use of College time and resources and observe the stated policies and procedures of the College.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with students, staff, faculty and administrators.
