Project Engineer, Engineering Design & Technologists

We are a leading provider of engineered sound-mitigation and insulation solutions serving industrial, energy, and commercial markets. We specialize in noise control walls, enclosures, acoustical modeling, and pipe insulation to deliver compliant, high-quality results for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join and grow with our Engineering Department. This position is ideal for an early-career engineer or someone with project support experience who wants exposure to real-world engineering applications, custom design, and project execution. This role offers hands‑on learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to support projects from concept through completion across a variety of engineered noise‑control and insulation systems.

• Support engineering design for custom industrial and commercial projects
• Assist with project estimating, bidding, and technical documentation
• Perform engineering calculations, modeling, and analysis per project scope
• Prepare technical reports, layouts, and drawings
• Apply applicable codes, standards, and project‑specific requirements
• Utilize AutoCAD and other engineering or modeling tools
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients throughout project execution

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline
• 1+ years of experience in engineering, project support, estimating, or design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Experience with engineering analysis or modeling software is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Industrial, construction, or energy‑sector experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn new technical disciplines and grow within the role
