$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Tellers are responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting bank products and services. Tellers are responsible for balancing cash drawers and maintaining a neat and organized work area. Availability between 7 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturday.

• Cashes checks and disburses funds after verifying signatures and sufficient funds to support withdrawals
• Accepts deposits, confirming the accuracy of the transaction
• Enters transactions in bank's recordkeeping system, recording all transactions and producing customer receipts
• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services
• Balances cash drawers
• Maintains a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential records
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous customer service/cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• May need to stand or sit for long periods.
